Desktop IT is inviting applications from eligible for the post of Customer Relations Officer under the following terms and conditions:

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzes customers' needs and consults with staff engineers on technical issues.
• Provides products or services and support(if needed) to the customer.
• Recommends equipment to meet customer requirement, considering salable features, such as flexibility, cost, capacity, and economic operations.
• Negotiates terms of sales and service with customers.

Requirements:

• BSC Engineer/Diploma/Graduation from any reputed organization.
• Must have basic knowledge about IT Industry, Software or application.
• Maintain a good relationship with the customer.

Experience Requirements:

2 to 3 years of industry experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 20 to 40 years
• Most have the ability to provide emergency assistance.
• Most have the mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
